Disclaimer: Integrity Concierge LLC dba Integrity Transactions is a licensed agent in the State of Minnesota. Provider is licensed under LPT Realty LLC ("Broker"). Per Minn. Stat. § 82.73, subds. 1-39., If licensed, licensee can only act on behalf of the broker to whom they are licensed. Due to this, Provider can only work with agents licensed with Broker.

• Professional introduction to all transaction parties
• Coordination with title and lender
• File audit for compliance and completeness
• Deadline tracking and proactive reminders
• Inspection and contingency coordination
• Distribution of HOA documents when applicable
• Weekly milestone marketing recap
• Brokerage compliance submission
• Final file distribution prior to closing

Listing Representation to Close | $500

• Preparation and distribution of listing documentation
• MLS input coordination and status updates
• Contract drafting on behalf of agent
• Contract-to-close transaction management
• Weekly milestone marketing recap

MLS Listing to Active | $150

• Preparation and distribution of listing documentation
• MLS data entry, photo upload, and status activation

Buyer Representation to Close | $500

• Preparation and distribution of buyer representation documents
• Contract drafting on behalf of agent
• Contract-to-close transaction management
• Weekly milestone marketing recap

Dual Representation* to Close | $800 

(Agent facilitating both sides of the transaction)

• Preparation and distribution of representation documents for both parties
• Listing documentation and MLS coordination
• Contract drafting on behalf of agent
• Full contract-to-close transaction management
• Weekly milestone marketing recap

Notary Services

Available upon request

Scope Limitations

The following responsibilities remain with the Agent:

• Negotiation of terms, repairs, and contract changes
• Scheduling of inspections
• Ordering HOA documents
• Monitoring personal email and calendar
• Signing on behalf of Agent
• Submission of offers to cooperating agents
