I established this firm in 2019 to provide structured, professional transaction management for agents who treat real estate as a business. As a licensed real estate professional operating under LPT Realty LLC, I bring both compliance knowledge and contract expertise to every file.
Agents are the heart and brain of the transaction. They guide strategy, relationships, and negotiations. My role is to serve as the fingertips — drafting, coordinating, and ensuring every detail is handled with precision from representation to close.
This is not administrative assistance. It is partnership.
