Why I Built Integrity Transactions

Nice to meet you. My name is Rachel Markuson, and I am the owner and operator of Integrity Transactions.

I founded the business in 2019 with a simple goal: to build something that allowed me to do the work I genuinely enjoy while creating a stable life for my family.
Before starting my company, I worked inside a real estate team as support staff. During that time I discovered something about myself. I loved being the person everyone went to for answers. I enjoyed understanding the contracts, solving problems, and making sure the details were handled correctly.
Over time I realized that what I enjoyed most about real estate was the structure behind the scenes. The contracts. The timelines. The process that keeps everything moving from representation to close.
That is ultimately why Integrity Transactions exists.
My philosophy is simple. The agent is the heart and brain of the transaction. You are the one guiding the client, negotiating the deal, and leading the relationship.
My role is to be the fingertips.
I focus on making sure the contracts are drafted correctly, the documents are complete, and the process moves forward smoothly. The goal is always the same: protect the agent, protect the client, and ensure the transaction can stand up to scrutiny if it ever had to.
Real estate moves quickly, and mistakes often happen when things feel rushed. Having a second set of eyes on the paperwork and a structured process behind the scenes can make a significant difference.
Integrity Transactions was built to provide that structure.
I enjoy working with agents who treat real estate as a professional business, who value clear communication, and who want their transactions handled with care and precision.
If that sounds like you, we will probably work very well together.
Work with Integrity Transactions
Integrity Transactions partners with real estate agents to manage the details of the transaction process from representation to closing. While the agent leads negotiations and client relationships, Integrity Transactions provides the structure, oversight, and process management that keeps the transaction moving smoothly.
